Ingredients:

15 oz. tomato sauce
¼ cup bourbon
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cayenne
2 tbsp. homemade mustard
2 tsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. molasses
3 cloves garlic minced
1 shallot minced
1 tbsp. mushroom ketchup

 

Directions:

  • Mix together and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-15 minutes or until about 20% reduced.
  • Pour into a clean mason jar and store in refrigerator.
