A couple of weeks ago we made tomato soup with some of our tomato harvest and had a mason jar left in the fridge. I looked in the fridge today and found a couple slices of horseradish cheddar cheese hanging around, added some Dijon mustard, chopped Famous Dave’s pickle spears, sharp and pepper jack cheeses, in between two slices of “Dave’s killer Bread-21 grains and seeds” (our new favorite). We sautéed them in a couple slices of butter (covered and turning frequently),heated up the soup, then added fresh basil and grated parmesan. It was the perfect breakfast!
